So, how far do you usually drive to find
a good restaurant or go to the theater? If you live at Tiber Island,

of Washington's finest eateries, and theaters of every sort are as
close as just around the corner. Dine out or enjoy a before-the-show
snack on your balcony, then take a three-minute walk to the nationally
renown Arena Stage for your choice of plays on three different stages.
Many other theater, concert, art, and dining districts as
well as the Verizon Center for sporting events are within a mile
or two or a quick Metro ride away.

neighborhood. The waterfront
features a row of fine establishments to suit every taste. Pier
7, Phillips, Jenny's Asian Fusion, H20 and the Cantina Marina line
nearby Water Street overlooking the Washington Channel. So,
whatever your tastes, you'll find something nearby at Tiber Island!

The choice of theaters near
Tiber Island is incredible.
Just walk around the corner to the Arena Stage and choose from among
the offerings of the Kreeger Stage, the Old Vat Room, or the Fichandler
Theater. Or hop on the Metro just across the street, and you
will be whisked off in just a few minutes to the Kennedy Center,
the National Theater, the famous and historic Fords Theater, the
Warner, the Shakespeare Theater, and...the list goes on.

perhaps dining and entertainment
literally on the water are more appealing.
The Spirit of Washington's cabaret lunch or dinner cruises or perhaps
their sightseeing cruises to Mount Vernon are for you. Or try the
more romantic Odessey dinner cruises.

Verizon Center and its surrounding blocks offers concerts, sporting events,
and other entertainment. A quick Metro ride away, its Seventh Street
area, including Chinatown, has become a theater, art, and dining area
in its own right!
