Two Bedroom Duplexes

For those who prefer a slightly different living arrangement, there are two bedroom duplexes in the highrises.  These two floor plans comprise the upstairs and downstairs of those two bedroom units.

This floor plan is that of the downstairs which is the main living area. It includes an 18x12 foot living room, 7x13 foot dining area, 10x8 foot kitchen, 4x8 foot foyer, closets, and 13x7 foot balcony.

The upstairs sleeping area includes a 13x14 foot master bedroom with master bath and 13x7 foot balcony, 13x12 foot second bedroom, closets, and second bath.

Other floor plans include that of the Efficiency, of the smaller Executive One Bedroom, of the larger One Bedroom and of the standard Two Bedroom.
