Tiber Island Cooperative Homes is an award-winning complex. Built in 1966, Tiber Island consists of 4 high-rise (8-story) towers and 21 townhouses built around a large central plaza with a lovely fountain. The plaza forms the roof of our underground parking garage. Tower Levels:

Townhouses are two bedroom models with floor plans that range in size from 1158 to 1367 square feet excluding basement and patios. Town houses are all two-level structures and include private garden patios front and back.
