807 square foot floor plan is the most common of our three one bedroom plans. It
includes a 17x12 foot living room plus a 5x4 foot alcove, 10x10 foot dining area, 11x6
foot kitchen, 16x12 foot bedroom, closets, bath, and 12x7 foot balcony. |
| The two other one bedroom sizes are the common 836 square foot plan and
the less common 959 square foot plan.
Other floor plans include that of the Efficiency, of the smaller Executive One Bedroom, of the Two Bedroom, and of the Two Bedroom Duplex. |
